Mental Space Psychology & Social Panorama
Inner peace manifests itself in a predominantly unconscious three-dimensional model of the world that is stable and coherent. If it is not possible to maintain the three-dimensional model of the world in a stable and coherent way in large or small life contexts, mental problems arise.
These problems manifest themselves in repetitive bad states, such as conscious negative thoughts, insecurities, and inner conflicts.
Coaching and psychotherapy aims to help the client to feel better again, to become more secure and stable, to solve the inner conflicts and thus to act confidently and effectively.
Since space is the primary organizational principle of the psyche, an effective intervention always requires a new, improved 3-dimensional spatial location of the elements in the model of the client's world, until everything has found a good place again and (new) inner peace returns.

Ready for a new horizon?
Mental space represents the way in which the human mind makes identities distinguishable. The sensual positioning in three-dimensional space enables a differentiation of these identities, which can be maintained in the diversity (faith, ability, behavior, environmental references). In this way, there can be a relationship between identities that makes human behavior possible in the first place.

Testimonials
Hello Rainer,
Thank you again for the time you took for me.
I have already experienced a lot on the subject of coaching, but our session was completely different than expected – and gave me a lot of clarity and, above all, a very concrete idea of how I can deal with difficult situations for me. A basis of trust and a very individual approach, that worked.
Thank you very much for that.
I would recommend you: always!
Best regards, we will certainly stay in touch.
M.
On a meta level, I find it very exciting to observe how far you can get with the right questions and requests. Hats off to you for how purposeful you can do that!

… My special highlight was the telephone coaching, which I received from you during my burnout phase. It was indescribable how lovingly and sensitively you lifted me out of the crater of depression over a long distance. I am infinitely grateful to you for this and will never forget it. God reward you for this magnificent achievement. …

Dear Rainer,
it works: No panic attack today!
Thank you very much! You are really super competent!
Have a nice weekend!

Dear Rainer,
it is not easy to find words for what has been experienced, to sort it out and to grasp it one after the other. But I feel the need to give you feedback.
Our first conversation on the phone, you probably remember, was open and cordial. It was good to find a time and a place together quickly and easily, but above all the certainty of being able to work together undisturbed. It was clear to both of us that there would be several things to talk about in my acute phase of life. But it reassured me a lot that I didn't have to set a topic because I didn't know where to start.
Thank you very much for picking me up from the train station when the time finally came and bringing me back there after the coaching. Thank you very much that the breaks with the food come naturally as a matter of course, that we ate and drank or went for a walk when it was time for both of us. Everything merged into each other and we were well attuned to each other. The whole setting was familiar and yet left space, it was close but never intrusive, always professional, yet cautious and at the same time playfully awake. So the trappings were already what I could get myself into, not too much and not too little.
The coaching embedded in it followed my lack of a plan because of your intuitive guidance and I could trust in your respectful engagement. You let yourself be guided by what I let find in me, warm and alive. But at no time did you lose sight of the togetherness. Looking back, I am impressed by how the temporary dispersion and opening up of the topics was bundled again and again, how every deviation could find its way back to the things that were then at stake. You gave me surprisingly open feedback when you could feel my resistance, and showed me how even the desire to reject was accepted and allowed, but at the same time there was the possibility of overcoming or transforming it, if you were ready. If I were to become concrete and write about the concrete, I could tell you about details and other details that are still present to me, you let me experience everything so clearly and intensively.
Now that I'm back where I came from, the work continues to have an effect and I continue to learn to deal with this I, with this somehow understood wholeness, now in contact with the people around me. I perceive the space between myself and the other person differently because it has recently made distance and connectedness possible in equal measure. Little things seem to have shifted, all the little things, but they shift the entire perspective and I suddenly find myself in a self-rest that I hardly know. Since I've been back, I've been doing a lot and little every day, I'm tackling the tasks, but without letting them eat me up. I decide more spontaneously than before for something I feel like doing, above all I decide much more often spontaneously to do something together with others. I'm curious where this will lead me now. I'm looking forward to what's to come.
First of all, thank you very much for your competent guidance and guidance. I hope we can continue this form of exchange.
Heartily
Claudia (Managing Director, Thuringia)
Dear Rainer,
Thank you very much for your support.
You can and must simply be recommended.
You give a person the time to open up when he wants to. You are sensitive in your dealings and empathetic. Above all, you radiate patience and calm, everything happens without pressure, what a blessing in today's "stress time", where everything is supposed to go quickly and the soul comes up short.
You were able to give me the feeling that I am in good hands with you. Your inner serenity transferred and gave me the peace I needed to solve my problem. Above all, I came out of the weekend full of courage and strength. And one thing was particularly nice, for the day I really had the feeling that I could do what I want so much.
Thank you
Greeting
A. (North Rhine-Westphalia)
Dear Rainer,
Once again, thank you very much for this special experience this evening. Through you I experienced a state that made me feel as if all things that somehow burden me were taken away from me and I could "float". You have freed me from old worries. Whenever things burden or stress me in the future, I can remember this state and bring it back like a valve for pressure equalization that I can only open through this memory. You have shown me that it is possible for me to decide how I want to feel and have given me a choice that I did not have before. Through your patience, and sovereign manner and composure and your know-how in every moment – especially when not everything worked out the first time – this has become possible. You have always found the right words and means.
Thank you for that,
F. (Hesse)
On recommendation, I kept my first appointment with Rainer Wawrzik about 2 months ago, and in the meantime a second appointment has already taken place. In our meetings we have dedicated ourselves to the topics xxxxxxxx and yyyyyyyy.
For me, this type of coaching was new territory, but Rainer managed to make me go home with a good, even better feeling after the first session. Through his trusting, open and honest manner, Rainer manages to create an atmosphere in which you feel safe and can effortlessly engage in coaching. Since I am one of those people who like to understand things logically, Rainer first gave me a few basic theoretical explanations. This helped me a lot. Rainer responds individually to his counterpart and very quickly has a feeling for the situation and the person.
In both sessions, we focused on the family portrait methodology. This approach also evoked very emotional moments in me, which Rainer dealt with very sensitively and gave me the necessary space for emotions. All in all, coaching requires that you get involved in the situation and be able to listen and feel within yourself, but also allow Rainer to empathize accordingly. The right pace is essential for this, which Rainer also guarantees.
Especially after the second appointment, I was able to perceive the positive changes day after day. Situations that used to put a lot of emotional strain on me and caused self-doubt no longer upset me today, quite the opposite: I now look forward to what is coming and trust in the processes. I owe this new perspective and the easier everyday life that comes with it to Rainer.

Dear Rainer!
Regarding your intervention: I didn't understand exactly what you were doing. But it helped wonderfully.
I no longer wake up from the dream and am neither hunted, stressed nor persecuted in any other way.
I sleep through the night, except for the pee breaks.
The curious thing is that sometimes, when I have a lot on my plate, I still use this mechanism when awake without conscious control.
It then "just comes to mind". Then I fire a few imaginary bullets somewhere and enjoy how I feel better.
Baller virtually removed the stress. Then I have to laugh and think of you.
You probably already know such behaviors from other cases. However!
In any case, I'm looking forward to seeing each other again in the new year and getting to know a lot about you again.
You are a real enrichment for me
So thank you again and a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Keep your ears stiff, stay healthy and be warmly greeted

I am very grateful that I was able to work with Rainer. In a rather difficult life situation, Rainer helped me very purposefully from the very first minute. I worked with Rainer via Skype. It is fascinating how he managed to create a certain closeness despite the distance, although the content of the problem is not even so much in focus at the beginning. Rainer often works without content. It is about solutions and not about the problem. This is fascinating, especially when you realize that the solution or the improvement really arrives and you approach the issues in a completely different way from the moment you work on it with him and help you achieve a successful result or a positive attitude towards life.
I can recommend everyone to work with Rainer. I see his great competence in coping with depressive patterns and goal setting and their optimization.

Dear Rainer,
Two years ago we met in a professional environment, more or less by chance, as so many things in life are completely coincidental – or not. Since then, I have been able to experience some coaching sessions with you, mostly quite spontaneously. I have experienced you as an always completely authentic coach who brought me on board with a lot of patience and calmness. Through your "being-as-you-are" you have made it very easy for me to confide in you.
I am happy and grateful for the time in which I was able to use you as a coach. Thank you very much for your calm, open manner, with which you accepted everything that came in a judgment-free way.
Everything was allowed to be – through this you gave me the opportunity to understand and lovingly accept circumstances from my past. By applying the methods from your great toolbox, you have managed to set in motion a process that gradually dissolves their negative effect and still works.
Thank you so much for everything! As is well known, you always see each other twice in life and gladly even more often.
Sincerely
Your S. (Hesse)
Dear Rainer, until yesterday I was the helpless, the unimportant, the control aunt, the one who couldn't let herself go - almost all my adult life.
With tact, mindfulness, intuition, technique and seemingly unbelievable ease, you made me the IMPORTANT, the STRONG one, who can let go and let go with a snap of your fingers and a bit of "mental cinema".
Still, again and again - unbelievable what you have succeeded, how it works, how it changes, how it lasts. No matter how and no matter why. Thank you Rainer, I would visit you again and again, not only as a friend! 😉

Thanks for the second coaching session a week ago, Rainer.
After your work with me was already very successful five months ago (the relationship with my brother feels dramatically better), the past joint work has also helped me a lot. I have the impression that I approach my time much more calmly and can also stand leaving empty space as a buffer. Always very impressive what you achieve in such a short time, Rainer. Thank you for that.
